After I grew up, I got back in touch. I showed horses with the college equestrian team and worked with trainers who specialized in natural horsemanship methods. After a trainer turned me onto J. Allen Boone's book Kinship with All Life, I decided I wanted to delve deeper into animals' minds. I studied Animal Science and Psychology in college and graduated from CSU Sacramento with a degree in Psychology. I have studied with Raphaela Pope, Penelope Smith, and other intuitives, developing and refining these inborn skills we all have.

In working with a client, I either meet the animal, or I work with the person's connection to the animal and the animal's name, perhaps with the addition of a picture.  This work can be done by telephone.  Animals, like children, usually respond quickly to any healing - unless they have been traumatized.  When I work with rescued animals, I have found patience and gentleness are essential.  Animals also respond well to essences.  Some take them quite easily in oral form, some take them in water, and a very few resist completely.  One client's cat refused to drink his water when she put essences in it.  I also can have the devas and the nature spirits, with Pan's help, transmit essences energetically.

Our companion animals are so unconditionally loving - they bring a strong heart connection to all who are willing.  We humans observe and learn of unconditional love, loyalty, passion and grace.  What we can give in return is love, loyalty and generosity.

My love of animals and nature began as a small child when I would explore the woods near my childhood home in Upstate, NY.  My passion and intrigue for communicating with animals reaches far back to those days in my childhood when I would sit with the trees, stare up at the sky and feel my connection to nature.  I appreciated the beauty of the trees and felt most at peace in their presence.  It was during these years that I just “knew” that the animals had so much to say and to offer.
